Combat Crunch White Chocolate Raspberry Review

Combat Crunch white chocolate raspberry review

I’ve enjoyed every Combat Crunch flavor I’ve tried so far, so I was looking forward to trying this one out and writing this Combat Crunch white chocolate raspberry review. I like white chocolate raspberry as a flavor in general, and I’ve definitely been pleased with Quest’s and Oh Yeah! One’s take on the classic flavor so I was curious to see how this one stacked up on.

Combat Crunch white chocolate raspberry review

It stacked up pretty damn well I’d have to say. While there aren’t any white chocolate chunks like there are in Quest’s version, the whole bar is covered in white chocolate so each bite is full of white chocolatey goodness instead of only the occasional bite. Even though a bite with the white chocolate chunks in the Quest bar is arguably the best taste out of any of these, the Combat Crunch bar is consistently better considering every bite is full of white chocolate flavor. The texture of the bar is slightly crunchy with a hint of softness; it’s an enjoyable texture to chew through. It actually looks harder in appearance and maintains shape very well, but once it’s in your mouth you’ll find it’s far softer than it looks. It’s great.

Size Comparison

The calories for this bar total out to 210 calories consisting of the macros 20p/25c/7f in addition to 12g fiber. Pretty standard macros for a Combat Crunch bar. Slightly higher in calories than Quest’s version but it does have lower fat. It’s very similar to Oh Yeah! One’s version as well, although that one has slightly higher calories coming from protein.

Combat Crunch white chocolate raspberry reviewThe Combat Crunch line continues to impress me with each flavor and this bar was no exception. While it’s not as good as the cinnamon twist bar in my opinion (that’s one of my top protein bars EVER), it was pretty damn good and an awesome take on the white chocolate raspberry flavor. When comparing this rendition to Quest’s and Oh Yeah! One’s take, it’s really hard to say how they rank. I’ve had the Quest version countless times while I’ve only recently tried Combat Crunch and Oh Yeah! One’s for the first time. I’ll have to try them all again to say for sure, but honestly off the top of my head, this might be my favorite one. Either this or Oh Yeah! One at least. The consistency of each bit really just puts it near the top. If you love white chocolate raspberry as a flavor and if you couldn’t tell by reading this entire Combat Crunch white chocolate raspberry review, I highly recommend this product so definitely give it a try.
