My first experience with a Muscle Brownie wasn’t too memorable. I just felt that the triple chocolate flavor was too chocolatey, but not in the right away. I was hoping the peanut butter in the Peanut Butter Muscle Brownie would balance out the chocolate flavor more, but there’s only one way to find out.
Peanut Butter Muscle Brownie Review
Well, the peanut butter definitely balanced it out more so I was right about that. I did find the Peanut Butter Muscle Brownie to be more enjoyable than their triple chocolate flavor, so it was indeed a step in the right direction. However, it still wasn’t nearly as tasty as Lenny & Larry’s Complete Cookies though. There’s still something that’s just ‘off’ about the brownie taste, and you can clearly tell that you’re not eating a normal brownie.
The Peanut Butter Muscle Brownie totals out to 340 calories for the entire brownie consisting of the macros 20p/38c/12f in addition to 2g fiber. The same exact macros as their triple chocolate flavor, so that’s cool for consistency’s sake at least.. Still though, the macros aren’t too great considering that the brownie isn’t overly filling or that big in the first place. A serving size is technically only ½ the brownie, but with the size of it, that would basically be eating nothing so I always end up eating the whole thing anyway.
The Peanut Butter Muscle Brownie was a small improvement over their triple chocolate flavor, but not by too much really. The brownie taste isn’t quite there and the peanut butter flavor isn’t as authentic as it could be. A better attempt for sure, but they can still do better. I’m hoping their cookies & cream flavor is their best yet, but we’ll just have to see.

+Lower calories than their cookies
-Average taste, still not as good as their cookies
